I have a dynamically generated form (yeah the code is ugly, I'm using an in house framework, that I'm not at liberty to scrap.. the joys of being a contractor).

This form will not post. I've used the same ajax script over and over and it works every time except for this form..

Because I have an unnatural need to bend JQueryUI to my will

I'm wondering if anyone's ever done this..
I have a query in my app that returns specific months (IE: January 2010, March 2010, July 2010).

Is there a method to force the datepicker to only show those months?

This is all triggered from a, input :select. If a specific option is selected, generate a text field to enter a reason.
the generated input carries an id: txComments_01/01 (this being the value pulled from the attribute "data-date".

The client only wants one per week, so if it exists already don't re-create it

Here's what I want to happen with the above: 
"if txComments is there don't append it again"

However when I run this code, it appends a new "txComments" every time the code is triggered..

help...

Here's a fun one,

I have a form with up to 187 select boxes (depending on the month, don't ask it's what the client wants).
The name, id and value are all generated from database calls, ColdFusion arrays, etc. Given the data, I'll never know what the select names and id's are.

I need each select to be able to trigger a counter based on the selected value (if the value is 0 or 9 don't trigger, if it's anything else trigger). Each select needs to trigger one iteration.

This works sort of, it triggers on a select, but instead of getting a incremented number in the target, it iterates through all of the selects in the DOM and spools the number up to 180, which looks really cool but isn't what I want.
