Using EditUrl To Post Data
I'm working with a legacy code and it's giving me a hard time as I cannot figure out how data are being passed from jqgrid to a method on the server. The server method signature is as follows: public ActionResult ShowProductsDetails(string operation Product prod, string extraData) I noticed that the operation parameter is used to decide which action to use i.e. edit, delete, save. The prod parameter contains data from all the columns of the jqgrid. extraData is an extra data that is set using edtitData.

How to insert hyperlink via jQuery
How can I define a hyperlink as a variable and insert it into the a href using jQuery? The reason for this is that our lead management system is automatically appending all hyperlinks causing some of those with specific URL parameters to break. I am using jquery.ui.combify to display combo boxes. In a test programme the south-pointing arrow is displayed as normal but when integrated into the live programme the arrow is missing even though the functionality works. I am guessing that I have a missing library or an old library. Any advice is appreciated. Video slider: stop when the video is switched
Hi everyone, I have created a video slider embedding Youtube videos (using tag <iframe>), that is, I have two videos that switch between one and the other when I click on a circle that I have taken from fontawesome.com. When I clic on the bottom PLAY to start the video, it does not stop when I switch to the next video of the slider. I would like when I change the video, the previous one is stopped. Item ID lost after drag & drop
Hello, I try to create a drag & drop for my website since 4 weeks and I have a prob with the value of an item ID. I have 2 sortables and 3 droppables in a table. There is no problem when I drop an item between the 2 sortables. Each time the ID value is OK. If I drop the item in a droppable, no problem too. Same when I drop Inside all the droppables. Mouseover to the textbox it will show the balloon with numbers you entered. select all the *s and press the backspace it will remove all the *'s. What happened to "jquery-latest.min.js" on code.jquery.com?
A couple years ago, I was advised to use the above link to ensure I got the latest version of jquery, and have coded this into my website. Today, while I was editing my site, I noticed that the link no longer worked, as my sub-paging (using "tabs") failed. I was able to get things working again by changing the src file to "jquery-3.3.1.min.js". Is this a temporary problem, or the way of the world in 2018 and beyond?
