I am a new user of jQuery Mobile (and new to this forum!) and I'm hoping that somebody can help me to solve a problem. I have lifted and only lightly adapted the swipe-to-navigate demo. The adaptations are mainly to fit my content, use a ThemeRoller style sheet and to install Google Analytics tracking code (in asynch mode, in the head section). The site works exactly as expected when I load from my localhost server. As soon as I try to load it from my remote server, it fails horribly. In Firefox

Issue regarding slow image swapping on custom developed 360 image rotate with zoom
Hello, I may be a little out of my league here. I have not started using Javascript for that long, and Jquery a lot less, but attempting to learn each day. I have been asked to make a 360 rotating image view with a zoom function, it rotates, zooms, does so by loading the images externally and functions using UI sliders. The issue is the loading time when scrolling through/swapping the images when an image has been re-sized. It seems to function fine when the images are the default document/file width

Page transition problem with "ghost" mouse events (Android)
Hi. I am getting problems on Android devices where mouse events from one page are being executed on the new page after a transition. I have included two simple test pages that use list views to navigate between the two pages. The hover style (.ui-btn-hover-c) which is a grey gradient is applied to the list item on the page it transitions to. Also note that I have switched off transitions as I have had many problems with them on Android. The API event documentation does state that problems like this

Analyse HTML file
We have a database diagnostic tool that analyses the database and gives out a HTML report. I am trying to use jQuery to analyze this HTML file and provide conclusions and decisions based on the data in TABLES in the HTTML file. I cannot modify the HTML file to add the script tag in there. hello, I have some code that gets a class and puts it in to a "var" but i want it to unset when the lightbox is closed ? The way the code works is it puts an image class in to a var then when you click the image it opens up a lightbox with the same class. The problem is when i close the lightbox it does not unset the var so when i click the next image it opens the same lightbox window and not the correct one ? unless i refresh the page. how can i unset the var when the lightbox is closed this is
Cycle plugin not working with divs for me.
I have a problem getting Cycle to display my div's correctly in a slideshow. I have a div with a background picture, this div and picture is set to scale to the size of the parent div, depending on browser window size, and image is scaled to fit in height, center and hiding overflow. With a static div this works nicely, resizing browser window works as I want it to. Chrome link status bar gets stuck using tabs
Hi all, We use the wonderful JQueryUI tabs on our webapp and found an issue which only appears in Chrome after we moved to a recent version of JQueryUI. I created a bug http://bugs.jqueryui.com/ticket/9148 but apparently what I'm seeing is expected behavior. Any suggestions on how to solve our problem? Essentially - Chrome's lower status bar shows after you click on a tab and move your mouse around the tab content. Other browsers show the link only when the mouse is hovering over the tab. Hi there I have a loop that scoops up some regions(1) and lots of locations in that region(many and i want to push the region and it's locations to an array so effectively creating a 2 dimensional array structure will be lilke all = array ( region_name => array ( "location 1","location 2" "location 3")) region_name and the locations will be generated in a loop and so i the result will be lots of region_names etc etc I have been using array push but can only seem to get a one dimension array together

Hi, I'm having a weird problem that I just noticed. I built this website (www.morepromo.ca) about a year ago using jQuery 1.7.1 and the Cycle plugin and everything worked great in all browsers. I recently noticed however that the page loads exceedingly slow in all browsers. When I first built it, it would take ~3 seconds to load everything. I have table with fixed height and overflow = scroll. when i press down arrow , i am highlighting the next row correctly. jQ Modal and ASP Custom Validator not firing

jquery mobile footers slight gap in landscape/portrait
So I have a web page that when i got the math out, including the header, footer, and content, is about 680px in height. Now considering that when on an ipad, the workable area is 746px landscape, everything should fit with out having to scroll. Yet for some reason, it shows that there more area to scroll to. Now this even happens when in portrait mode as well, even though the working are is about 1004px. Any idea when this is happening?

Trying to Use filter with Regular Expression
I'm trying to use the filter method to filter out unwanted anchor elements that I'm trying to manipulate on a page. My selector looks like this: jq('a${esc.h}id').filter(/\D{3}\d{3}\D{5}/).each(function() { ........ }); I have tried to create a regular expression to use in the filter, but it must wrong because when I try and display the page without the filter and regular expression it works fine. But it doesn't work when I add them to the existing selector.

Updating jquerymobile data role pages with specific scrollbar location
I need to update the scrollbar location on a table of contents div within a series of jquery mobile data role pages. So I have a table of contents with 11 links on the left that link to different data role pages. When each new data role page is loaded, I can update the active state of each link with css, but I can't scroll down the table of contents list as the user clicks through the table of contents.
