How can I control which elements are selected for alsoResize?
I'm building a page which has several resizable elements. Each element has an overlay, which should resize with the element. I'm having trouble figuring out how to do this. jqmobile 1.0a4 - styling problem
upgrading from 1.0_a2 to 1.0a4 got me some styling problems. For example: the icon of the "ui-btn-left" sits too far on the left, reaching out of the button and getting cut off. I just wanted to ask if this is a known bug, if there is a fix, or if somebody else expierienced this. thx gbye
JQuery.fx.interval controlled by UI Slider help?
I am building a website using a lot of animations but I have to limit the animations to jQuery.fx.interval = 100; so the CPU isn't maxed out at 100%. Since the animation speeds are slower. My goal is to have have a slider on my page so any user can control jQuery.fx.interval either by sliding it higher or lowering it to 0? UI Broke after upgrade

IE issues with Superfish menu
I have created a horizontal superfish menu with horizontal sub-menus. It works fine with the exception of two IE-specific problems, which I hope to get assistance with here. In IE 8, there is a kind of “flickering” when the sub menu pops out. All the sub menu items are moved one or two pixels to the right. This does not occur in any other browser I've tested, and it can be seen very clearly. In IE 7, there is a sub menu issue as well. When the sub menu pops out, all sub menu items displays in bold

A problem with using .dialog box
Hello, I am calling the dialog box from a form. The dialog opens another form. I need to send the dialog box parameter of values being captured on the first form. Because the dialog box is being called on: document.ready, I can't get the values being capture on the first form. document.getElementById is empty since on document.ready, the user didn't capture anything yet. Is there a way to call the dialog box on: onClick and not on document.ready? Thanks, Sigal
A better autocomplete combobox
Hi all, Like a few other people that have posted in the forum, I discovered that the combobox demo for the autocomplete control does not faithfully mimic a native combobox control. I have had a go at improving the code for the demo to try and get it working like the native control. Jquery core affecting another javascript's layout
Hi there, Is it possible to not include the jquery core in asp.net forms and still make the jquery declaration in the form itself work? Assigning classes to visible li elements only, and changing dynamically
I'm putting together an events calendar at http://609vibe.com/events-calendar/ Each event is a li item, and I use jQuery to assign the class "no-left-m" (no left margin) to li:nth-child(3n+1) for CSS layout purposes. Really long listview = Blank page on iPhone
I set up an example page here: http://jsbin.com/opavi5/3 On any desktop browser, the page displays properly. But on iPhone4, it is just a blank page. If I shorten the list, the page displays fine on iPhone. It also displays fine on Android phones. If I change the script references to alpha 3, the page displays fine on the iPhone. Prevent autoselection on datepicker
Hello I use an inline datepicker. The thing I want to do is that when the user click selects a date, the page redirect to another page (Im using onSelect). I have the datepicker hidden (using .hide() in the jQuery(document).ready()) The problem is that the datepicker autoselects a date at the moment I show it and because of that redirects before the user selects a date by his own. toggle display and parent height problem
I have a setFooter function that's called on load which pins my footer to the bottom of the window if the page content is too short. It does this by stretching #content's height if necessary. Building something somewhat unique
I am looking to build a jquery cycle-like interface that is essentially a jquery slideshow with a basic navigation. However, the navigation needs to be dynamic. It needs to only show the navigation items that are NOT being displayed in full view of the slideshow. For example. problem with php pagination and jquery/javascript
I'm having a slight problem with php pagination and jquery/js. On the following page http://dev2.bluemuledesign.com/athletes.php you'll see an "athlete profile" area. A smarter list filter
Hello, just wondering how difficult it would be to have the list filter behave like this : - when I search for : foo bar, it first filters out items not containing "foo", then items not containing "bar" - when I search for "foo bar", it filters out items not containing "foo bar" with a space between them. Currently, unless I missed something, the second case applies (well in fact not true cause quotes are searched in list items) Thanks.
