#4590 Themeroller and Icon Filename Case

Hi,
just bumped #4590 (http://dev.jqueryui.com/ticket/4590) to a blocker.
Scott J., can you look into this? Should be easy enough to fix: In the
CSS file the urls to image files should be lower-cased.
