A link that opens a form dialog: only works the first time is clicked.

Hi,

i have this page.

login: miguel@mail.com
password: m

If you click on "Enviar mensaje" a dialog form appear. But if you close the dialog (Esc or clicking on the cross) and then you click again on the same link, the dialog doesn't appear.

Any idea?
