I have owned a old web site (created by Dreamweaver) which is an online clothing shop which was set up on 2010. So I have below questions:

1.I have realized that the content of my old web page shown on the mobile screen is very small and very inconvenient to be used in the mobile. Therefore, should I need to write a new web page (by using jquery mobile)  to meet the mobile needs of just revise some HTML contents in the old version?

2. Anyone can introduce some books or some learning ways to me for revising the old website to cope with the mobile needs? many thx!
