accessible animated dropdown menu
hello, been looking all over and couldn't find a drop down menu that is also accessible.
this is the most accessible menu i could find :

but for the life of me i can't add animation to it and keep it accessible.
also i need it to go up instead of down which isn't making it easier.
has anyone here ever seen or made an accessible animated menu ?
