I've committed updated accordian and datepicker demos here:

...we could add more, but these cover the basics for each.
One issue that I'd like help on is the datepicker with dropdowns for
the month and year. In this example, they wrap onto separate lines so
there is a size or float issue going on.

The month dropdown values also need to use the 3 letter abbreviation
in this configuration so the labels aren't truncated.
Our static demos look ok so if someone could tweak this, I'd
