accordian keeps inserting scroll bars in IE

accordian keeps inserting scroll bars in IE

Oh dont you just love IE NOT

ok here is my problem

im using the jquery accordian on two divs, the first time the page loads the first div displays as it should you then click the header and the second displays as it should.

but when you click on the 1st header to display the first content again the content has scroll bars AHHHHHHHH

any help really appreciated
