accordion first item should not be expanded on start problrm in IE8

hi all,
can any help me in this issue
I have made the accordion first not expanded on start with the solution founded in the documentation and with help with the post #
but this is work for Firefox and chrome and not works for IE8
can any one help me in this pllllz ?????
