Accordion: Internal links inside content won't open a different section in Accordion.

Newbie here.
I really enjoy this widget but I am not sure how to get an internal link to open another panel. For example, say there's a link in Section 3's content that links to content inside Section 2. Not sure how to go about modifying this code to make it work in the way I would like it to.
