Accordion issue with IE7

Accordion issue with IE7

Hi,
i am using the UI accordion and i am having issues with IE7.
Whenever the header is expanded there is a rendering issue. See attached screenshot.
If you hover over the accordion the headers appear again at the correct place and everything looks ok.
This is my setup:
Jquery 1.3.2
Jquery-UI 1.7.1 / 1.7.2
header: 'h3',
collapsible: true,
active: false,
animated: false
Is this a known issue? Anyone else having the same problem?
Any patches or workarounds?
Any help appreciated, i'm quite desperate.
