Accordion like JQuery UI documentation Plugin

Hello, I want to implement an accordion but I have to put data in header, something like options tab in "jquery ui documentation".
Also, I need to put an accordion inside another.
I want to know if there is a way to do that correctly.
Can I use the jquery ui documentation plugin? how?
