Accordion navigation broken

Hi all,
Just covering this feature in the jQuery for Designers book, and I'm
seeing the navigation feature is broken:
http://jsbin.com/ukove#terms (doesn't select the terms panel)
This looks like the bug report, but I'm not 100% if it's the same
thing:
http://dev.jqueryui.com/ticket/4096
If it's not, should I create a bug, and/or should I leave it out of
the chapter?
