Accordion style BBC homepage

Is there a way to make an accordion behave like the one on the www.bbc.co.uk homepage.

What i mean is that i want to open a tab in the accordion...leave it open and then open another one without closing the previous.

It would be fine if someone could point me to a demo or tutorial.
