Accordion style issue

Accordion style issue

I am testing the accordion code at  https://jqueryui.com/accordion/ on one of my test sites and I am having an issue with the list style:
the height of the list is set to "0" although it should be 71px and not quite sure what is causing this and how to override this. ANy pointer is very much appreciated
