Add a plugin.

Add a plugin.

I know that this is probably the most asked question, but there is no direct way that I can see to upload a plugin in the plugins section of the site. I don't have access to any pages other than my account page. I have been trying to upload for two days, it can't be this difficult to upload to jQuery. Can someone tell me how this is accomplished; I would really appreciate it. 

By the way it is an HTML 5 video plugin with play/pause, seek, progress, loader, timer, volume, fullscreen and multi-video playback for now.
