Add new Form blocks

Hi,

Please help me on how to get it working...

I have a form with several fields.

One or many of the fields require "add more" feature. Like I have a file upload feature, where user can dynamically create another upload button by clicking on Add another file button in the same way delete the existing ones. Also in the same form I may have many such "Add more" form fields options.

Kindly help me on getting this working using jQuery...
