I would like to create an online application form on a schools website so that parents can enroll their children online at the school. 

I would like to know how can add steps to it, how to add fields for the user to enter and how to submit the fields to an email in a specific format... As well, how I can set it to not lose any info if the user has not submit the form yet. I have the login and registration page, so the user's info would be secure? 

If anyone can assist me with this, it would help me a lot. Even if anyone can send me a tutorial or a online form maker to do so. I have used jotform and Formstack, but I cannot get it into steps with PREVIOUS and NEXT buttons, etc...
