alert() replacement

Hi there,

If you click on the Search Database button without selecting anything from Week 1 or Week 2 drop down I display an alert ("Nothing Selected") message. I installed this app on the phone and this default JavaScript looks ugly and is not theme. Is there any way I can theme or replace it with something else.
