I have jquery 1.7 and jquery  UI 1.8.2   

I am trying to use alsoResizable but not able to do this. I think it's a later version that got this out.

but I notice the versions I have I tried them in that jsfiddle.com  but it won't work. Unless I add UI 1.9.2

it then works perfectly. Do I have to use 1.9.2 and if so what version of jquery ?  

The problem for me is that if I upgrade then alot of parts of my website will stop working properly.
