an idea: truncate a link text and on mouseover let the big linktext scroll, plugin :P
Hi all,
iam sry for my really confusing topic title but i couldnt describe it proberly :P
What i need is a plugin that marquees a truncated link text and take the rel attribute as marquee text source.
Example:
<a id="text2scroll" href="#" rel="this is the long version of the text">this is the...</a>
On MouseOver on this link it should start to marquee on its place like this:
this is the...
his is the ...
is is the l...
s is the lo...
is the lon...
is the long...
And on MouseOut it should just change again into its old form
this is the...
Maybe a plugin does exist wich could handle this, but i couldnt found any stuff :(
