I am looking for a jquery plugin that will replicate the features of the slider on this page:

http://www.paremodelingpros.com     (which I think uses a mootools plugin)

The features I would like:

- mouse over the tabs on the right and the content changes on the left panel with cross fade
- a transparent overlay is animated over the left panel during the crossfade
- each tab is a link to another page
