any plugin to display all the months of the current year ?

any plugin to display all the months of the current year ?

I need to create a calendar like this -->  URL(ignor the arrows on the left and right).

Now i have seen alot of date-pickers etc. but is there a plugin that creates something like this ? 

just display the calendar of the current year. I saw this plugin HERE , but i am not quite sure its the solution.
