Does anyone have a suggestion for a plugin that will scale an element and its children... with the ability to set the element's parent to a maximum size and a minimum size? I'm looking to create the same effect that Google uses for its application icons page. Here is a link to a screen capture that I made, that demonstrates what I'd like (I colored Google's containers purple).

You'll see that there's a limit to how small the parent elements can get and to how big the parent elements can get. Meanwhile, any range in between the maximum and minimum size is scaled nicely (parent and children).
