How to force PST when selecting date/time

How to force PST when selecting date/time

Hi,

Can you someone please let me know how I can force user to select date/time based on PST timezone instead of the local timezone?

I'm using Any+Time plugin with the timezone add-on, but not able to force user to only select PST since the current Date() is being read which is setting the timezone.
