Any update on 1.1 and IE Support?

Any update available on UI 1.1 release date for IE Support? I had
seen Oct 22nd posted earlier. Is that still being used as the target
date?
I'd rather see fewer great looking features, and iron-clad cross-
browser support, than more features and the bugginess of the 1.0/Alpha.
