For several hours now I haven't been able to roll a theme.  The control panel on the left side of the page either fails to appear or disappears after I've been working on a custom theme for awhile (which is very frustrating).

I've tried both Firefox and IE8 on a Windows Vista machine.  Is nobody else experiencing this problem?
