API Documentation, Missing :select

I noticed the "Forms" section under "API/1.3/Selectors" was missing
":select". I spent some time using Google to find if somebody was
using it or if it exists. Also, I decided to try it myself and
":select" works, I think!
Please add the missing selector API to jQuery documentation, thank
you!
