I am trying to use the source code from this page  http://jqueryui.com/autocomplete/#remote-jsonp but I need to alter it a little so that the input field displays not only the full city name but also the state and country just like in the autocomplete drop down.

I am really new at all this and I would really appreciate someone helping me on this!
