Beginner section

A lot of topics start with: "I'm new with jQuery and...".
Maybe it's a good idea to make a "Beginner section" where new jQuery users can post simple, basic jQuery questions like "Why does this not work?".
So the more difficult topics won't disappear in the huge list of beginnertopics...
