Bend or Wind Effect
I'm hoping someone can help me, I want to apply a dynamics effect, wind to be exact whereas the image sways, left and right; as long as I have control over the pivot for the image, any suggestions, besides GSAP although great library, this it cannot do unless I go the HTML canvas route which is a bit much for this effect.
