Birthday calendar

I am looking to add a JQuery pop-calendar to a form field for birthdays, but all that I have found so far like this one. http://jqueryui.com/demos/datepicker/ - are more for currents dates. If you are an old person (like me), you have to do much clicking back to get to your birthday. Any better solutions for birthday picker?
