I have spotted an issue on the Blackberry 9700 Bold and OS 5.0. It can be replicated on the device by going to the jquery mobile docs site:  http://jquerymobile.com/demos/1.2.0/ and then clicking on Form elements > Form basics. The browser seems to hang there with the jquery mobile loading gif in the center of the screen. I haven't narrowed it down to a particular form element (or combination of form elements) yet.
