BlockUI problem with flash movie in IE8

BlockUI problem with flash movie in IE8

hi,
I am showing a modalbox using blockUI, i have a flash movie on that page. In IE8 the flash movie is always over the blockUI content but in FF its working fine (i.e. flash movie is behind the blockUI content).

Any solution?
