boostrap 3 line navigation (hamburger)

I am used to bootstrap having the 3 lines navigation icon when menu is display on a phone. I was surprised not to see the same navigation available on jquery mobile.

1. Is this something that is plan as a new feature in jquery mobile?

2. Anyone has an alternative that works? I tried some plugins but NONE display correctly. I dont think the ones I tried were design to work with jquery mobile
