Can anyone give me any insight as to how this problem might be resolved?  With iOS 7, in Guided Access mode, the Select input no longer brings up the selection list.  It just highlights and does nothing.

To demonstrate, use this link to JQM 1.3.2 demo page using an iPad with iOS 7 and Guided Access turned ON (details below): http://view.jquerymobile.com/1.3.2/dist/demos/widgets/selects/

Steps:

1) Turn on Guided Access in iOS 7, on an iPad, Settings - General - Accessability - Guided Access - ON - Set Passcode

2) Using Safari, browse to the link above

3) Enable Guided Access by triple-clicking the Home button and pressing Start in the upper-right corner.  Enter your passcode.

4) Now, try using any of the Select buttons and I think you will see what I mean.

The JQM select input seems fine with iOS 7 when Guided Access is NOT running OR with iOS 6.  I also tried changing my JQM select input to a non-JQM with data-role="none" and that did not make any difference - even Safari's select input is broken.
