Bug with resizable dialog on page with scroll in IE6/7

How to view bug:
1. Open page http://dev.jquery.com/view/trunk/ui/demos/functional/#ui.dialog
2. Move dialog to the bottom, while browser create scroll.
3. Try resize Dialog. On click by resize element dialog is jumping
more bottom
This bug is IE only.
