I'd really like to build a navbar like this , i have just a day to do this , so i hope its not that tuff . its gotta be responsive on desktops and mobiles . of course i'll be using bootstrap , not building from scratch . would it be possible to build this kind of a navbar ??

basically i just want a resposive double navbar , preferably with the logo in between.
