Can I make Jquery UI Dialog work like Facebox?

Hi,
I would like to automatically make a number of links on my page (with
the rel="dialog") attribute set open their target via AJAX in the
dialog. Exactly what the Facebox plugin does.
I guess it would be possible but I am not sure how to implement it.
