Can I or is there a way to have a image carousel function dynamically?

Hello I am just getting my feet wet with jQuery. I am under a tight dead line right now and I am struggling to find a way to do the following....I am looking at this plug-in here and would like to know how can I make it dynamic. Meaning how can I make it work to pull images in say folder instead of having manually update the code with 30-40 pics every month?
