Can't find current vsdoc.js file

No matter how hard I try, I can't find the current vsdoc.js file anywhere at the jQuery website.

Why isn't it pointed to right next to the jQuery download sections?

Can someone please enlighten me on where to find that file? I'd like to use it with Visual Studio 2012.

Please pardon my ignorance if this is a stupid question. But none of my Google searches yielded anything useful so far.
