Can you make a slider like this?
Hello there!
I feel like I am barging onto your forum with a rather silly question. I have been looking a lot to find a way to make a slider like the one on
http://www.mangrove.nl.
They have a big slider, and a smaller one. And when you click on a little one, you navigate to the correct big one. And in the big one itself, you have a 'read more' link that opens in the big one. And both can be scrolled seperately.
Is such a slider possible with JQuery? I have found several demo's that show something that looks like it. But how did mangrove do it? (for example: opening the post inside the big slider content. Huh?!)
I hope that anyone here can tell me if JQuery is the way to go, and also: what to use? There are several sliders out there. A lot of demo's. Does any of them fit the bill?
I know some html and css, but my other knowledge is highly based on try-and-error methodes. So ofcourse it would be great if anyone here knows how to do this, and is willing to share this info or point me in the right direction!
