cannot publish jquery plugin after changing my github user name

Hi everyone, I changed my github username from Wayou to wayou, then I cannot publish my jquery plugin anymore witch was published before.

And the log says :

    
     
      Sat, 19 Apr 2014 02:34:31 GMT github/wayou/SlipHover v1.1.7 cannot publish sliphover which is owned by github/Wayou

So my question is how can I publish a new version of my plugin after my username getting changed.
