CDN Distribution Download

If there isn't one already it would be nice to be able to download a
distribution for putting into a private CDN. I have a need to have all
of jQueryUI and the themes hosted internally. It is not convenient to
download a custom zip for each theme. One zip just like the custom but
will all themes would rock.
