It seems as though one of the certification paths for https://code.jquery.com has a an expired CA cert. Please see attached screenshot and refer to the text in the red block.

Our enterprise firewall is treating this as untrusted and would like to request that you update the chain to include the new CA certificate from Comodo.

All works well if not browsing via any firewall but I'm assuming many businesses will be having this same issue as the cert expired over the weekend on 30 May 2020.
