change background image of a DIV when rollover a LI

Hi guys,

Brand new to this forum and hoping someone can help me solve this. I'm trying to create a news feature that changes the background image of a DIV when you hover over the LI tag.

Unfortunately, it's only working for the first function in my jQuery. The page is here http://www.nawp.org.uk/bbctest.html.

Any advice appreciated.
