Change to ThemeRoller generated index.html

I recently discovered the URL imbedded in jquery-ui.xx-xx.css that can be used to edit the custom theme.  Very Nice!  However, I stumbled upon it at the very bottom of Getting_Started by accident.  I wish I had known about it sooner.  I manually added it to index.html for easy access in the future:



I think it would be very useful to make this link part of the generated index.html .
