Change width

I know this is a noob question but I'm having trouble changing the width of the tabs window. I'm using RTML (Yahoo Stores) to place the window, but I believe that I change the default width in the CSS file?? I've attached a screen shot so you can see for your self.

Can someone advise me what and where I need to change? Thanks in advance!
